Growing up, I was motivated to become an accomplished triathlete - a sport that I fell in love with.
Becoming a high-level athlete requires a lot of dedication and hard work, and a mastery of ourselves, both mentally and physically.
A lot of the mindset I had to develop to be a successful athlete will serve me well in achieving the life goals I set for myself.
